How it works?
Once the integration is established and fields are mapped between INGENIOUS.BUILD and Sage Intacct, users can seamlessly sync invoices from INGENIOUS to Sage Intacct AP Invoices.
When an invoice is paid within Sage Intacct, the invoice status in INGENIOUS will automatically update, ensuring real-time accuracy across both platforms.

Yes, the Sage Intacct Job Cost module is currently required for INGENIOUS.BUILD.
How often does the integration process information?
Information within INGENIOUS.BUILD is updated when the integration is first established, and thereafter, all data is refreshed every 4 hours.
Are there any notable unsupported items with this integration?
Tax Categories, Purchase Orders, and Materials Tracking are not supported by this integration.
Will the integration sync previous project data?
Projects, Companies, and Cost Codes can be linked between INGENIOUS.BUILD and Sage Intacct regardless of their start date. However, only new invoices, budgets, contracts, and change orders will be synced.
