How it works?
Once the integration is established and fields are mapped between INGENIOUS.BUILD and QuickBooks Online, approved invoices sync from INGENIOUS.BUILD to QuickBooks Online Bills straight away. When a bill is paid in QuickBooks Online, the invoice status in INGENIOUS.BUILD updates automatically, within 4 hours.

How often does the integration process information?
Invoices sync to QuickBooks Online as soon as they're approved in INGENIOUS.BUILD. Payment status and company vendors are pulled in from QuickBooks Online every 4 hours.
Are there any notable unsupported items with this integration?
Tax Categories, General Ledgers, Projects, Purchase Orders, and Materials Tracking are not supported by this integration.
Will the integration sync previous project data?
Companies and Cost Codes can be linked between INGENIOUS.BUILD and QuickBooks Online® regardless of their start date; however, only new invoices will sync.
