How it works?
Once the integration is established and fields are mapped between INGENIOUS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Invoices, Change Orders, Budgets, and Contracts within INGENIOUS can be synced to Business Central. When invoices are paid or rejected in Business Central, their statuses will automatically update in INGENIOUS, keeping your project financials up to date in real-time.

How often does the integration process information?
Information within INGENIOUS.BUILD is updated when the integration is first established, and thereafter, all data is refreshed every 4 hours.
Are there any notable unsupported items with this integration?
Tax Categories, Purchase Orders, and Materials Tracking are not supported by this integration.
Will the integration sync previous project data?
Projects, Companies, and Cost Codes can be linked between INGENIOUS.BUILD and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central regardless of their start date. However, only new invoices, budgets, contracts, and change orders will be synced.
